Nonrefundable Consultation

FOR CUSTOMIZED DESIGNS ONLY. Please read consultation terms HERE. 

While the consultation fee is nonrefundable, the fee will fully go towards your garment if you decide to move forward. Once purchased  you will receive an email to schedule your consultation. You are welcome to choose an in-person (in studio visit) consultation or virtual consultation (video) if not based locally. 

Consultation Includes: 

. Design ideas.

. Fabric ideas.

. Measurements taken.

. Design quote. 

. Future fittings dates (if based locally).

. Pick-up date/ship date.

A 50% deposit will be required to begin production on customized garments.

Clients under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by parent/guardian. Client or parent/guardian MUST HAVE I.D present at consultation.

Production Delivery Time:

Non-customized designs production is 6 - 8 weeks. 

Customized designs production is 10 - 13 weeks. 

Returns:

Since all garments are prepared and custom made specifically to a client, all orders are FINAL.

No Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds will be granted for any reason unless it is discuss and granted by management.
